Most purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Tic Top strives to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience for each and every order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return or exchange any items in new and unused condition with original undamaged packaging within 30 days of purchase. Other than for defective products, returns outside the timeframe set out above may be accepted at the sole discretion of Tic Top. Please contact Tic Top by email info@tic-top.com for information about returning items to us. 

Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.
